Representative Green brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS             
CSSB 269(FIN)(efd fld H) which had been held to today (page 2788).             
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 269(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to legislative powers and responsibility with                
respect to collective bargaining agreements between the state and

a labor or employee organization representing state employees; and            
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSB 269(FIN) pass the

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the             
effective date clause.                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                             
                                                                               
Representative Therriault placed a call of the House.                          
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.
